Digital services
Digital Products and downloadable contents
All sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks, templates, courses, guides, etc.) are final and non-refundable. Once the product is delivered via email or download link, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
Advertising & Marketing
Refunds on bundled Advertising and marketing packages are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided that no services have been used. If any session is consumed, only the unused portion (after deducting used sessions at full session rate) may be refunded.
Subscription services
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard.
You will retain access to the services for the remainder of your billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for canceled subscription periods.
Refund Process
If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. For any delays beyond this timeframe, please contact your payment provider directly.
